FANUC Alarm ARC-054 — STOP No motion while arc welding

Description

A weld was automatically shutdown be motion had stopped while welding longer than the time specified in $awsemgoff.$chk_time. This feature is intended to protect the welder from accidentally burning through a part.

Remedy · Remède

You can increase the $awsemgoff.$chk_time to allow a longer welding time without motion. You can also disable this feature by setting $awsemgoff.$nofltr_off = FALSE. Both changes require you to turn off the controller then turn it on again.
