Description
An unexpected internal File System error has occurred. This alarm should occur very rarely. The number after the error text indicates:
Remedy
Retry the operation. If the alarm consistently occurs then manually check that the files were read, written, etc. Using a personal computer check the media with a Check Disk or Error-checking tool. If reporting the alarm to FANUC or FANUC Robotics, be sure to include the number that is provided.
