An SMTP server failure has occurred.

Remedy

Check and verify your SMTP configuration. On an iPendant, this is done using the DRC menus. Otherwise, see the $SMTP_CTRL system variable. It is likely that $SMTP_CTRL.$SERVER was not set with the IP address of an SMTP server.
