FANUC Alarm ISD-005 — WARN Meter empty (ISD%d)

Description

This warning is posted when the meter has reached its stroke limit during dispensing. After this occurs, the system automatically reverses the meter direction, and resumes dispensing. However, the quality of the dispensed bead might not be acceptable, be of the transition during meter direction reversal.
