FANUC Alarm ISD-023 — WARN Meter switching fault (ISD%d)

Description

This warning is posted when the inactive meter could not finish reloading before the active meter reaches the Near-Empty position. This is where the sub-meter should start dispensing for meter switching. This condition is usually d by one or more of the following:

-  Make sure material supply pressure is high enough. -  Make sure the Near-Empty location is set properly. -  Nake sure the PLC sends the RELOAD_OK on time.
