Description
Pump #1 inlet pressure has been above the high warning limit for a user configurable period of time. This condition is usually d by one or more of the following: 1. The high pressure warn limit is set too low. 2. The high pressure sensitivity is set too short. 3. The supply pressure is set too high. 4. The resin inlet transducer has failed. 5. The inlet regulator has failed.

Make sure the high pressure warning limit is appropriate. Make sure the high pressure sensitivity is appropriate. Make sure the supply pressure is appropriate. Check the resin inlet transducer as follows: Through the Analog I/O menu verify the transducer is spanning from near 200 cnts (0 psi) to 600+ cnts (50-80 psi) during a color change cycle. Check the resin inlet regulator as follows: Through the Analog I/O menu verify the command 200-1000 cnts (0-100 psi) spanning by verifying the output psi at the transducer test port.
