Description

1. An error occurred while loading a.VR file. 2. The gripper setup file from previous versions of PalletTool cannot be read. The number of grippers was increased and the structure of the data has change. The error: "VARS-014 Create type - xxxx failed" will be displayed.

Remedy

Cold start the controller and retry the operation if you know you should be able to read the.vr file into PalletTool.
