FANUC Alarm PNT1-166 — Linear Potentiometer Unstable

Description

During Auto Calibration, the feedback from the linear potentiometer revealed large fluctuations in the canister position over a short period of time. If the linear potentiometer has been improperly installed or the magnet has been misaligned, it might cause this alarm.

Remedy · Remède

Change the applicator and repair the malfunctioning linear potentiometer. Retry calibration with a different applicator.
