Single chain 1 (+24V) failure occurred.
Remedy
Repair the circuit of the chain 1 (+24V) on the hardware. Set the CHAIN FAILURE detection to TRUE on the SYSTEM/CONFIG screen, and push the RESET button on the teach pendant.
