FANUC Alarm PNT2-783 — %sPump 1 OUT low pressure fault

Description

Pump #1 outlet pressure has been below the low fault limit for a user configurable period of time. This condition is usually caused by one or more of the following:

Make sure the low pressure fault limit is appropriate. Make sure the low pressure sensitivity is appropriate. Check the pilot line to resin color that is being used. Verify that the resin color valve being used is not faulty. Make sure the supply pressure is appropriate. Check the supply line from paint kitchen. Verify that the pump is rotating with motor. Check the resin outlet transducer as follows: Through the Analog I/O menu verify the transducer is spanning from near 200 cnts (0 psi) to 600+ cnts (50-80 psi) during a color change cycle.
