FANUC SEAL-124 (“ABORT Critical IO is invalid”): This error is usually caused by an IO point which is required by Dispensetool being set to an invalid index number or type. First check: Make sure that all inputs and outputs on the Dispenser IO screen are set to valid IO points (the VALUE is not shown as *****) or the index number has been is set to 0.

Description

This error is usually caused by an IO point which is required by Dispensetool being set to an invalid index number or type.

Remedy

Make sure that all inputs and outputs on the Dispenser IO screen are set to valid IO points (the VALUE is not shown as *****) or the index number has been is set to 0. Cold start the robot controller after making any changes to this screen.
