FANUC Alarm SEAL-177 — WARN EOAT timed out: Flip

Description

The Four Position End of Arm tool was moved, but the FLIP sensor reports that the tool is not in the correct FLIP/UNFLIP position (could be ON or OFF) after the timeout period set on the tool setup menu expired.

Check air supply to the four position tool. Check proximity sensors on the four position tool. If the tool is slow, increase the timeout delay on the tool setup screen to allow enough time for the tool to complete motion.
