The robot timed out waiting for the gun to open.
Remedy
Check the Equipment I/O menu, as well as all wiring. If the input is going high, try increasing the timeout by setting $spoteqsetup[].$bu_cl_to (gun open = backup close) to a bigger number. The default is 2000 ms, or 2 seconds.
