Invalid IWC Firmware Version The firmware versions on the timer card must be the same if there are 2 timers. Either the firmware version itself is different, or the revision level of the firmware is different.

Make sure the firmware version and revision level match for both cards. It could be viewed by plugging in one card at a time and viewing the revision level of each.
