What to check

  • Measure the incoming mains voltage at the rectifier — the dominant cause is an out-of-specification mains supply (voltage dips, weak phase).
  • If the mains is good, check the internal three-phase components: main switch, mains filter, fuses, contactors, and the module wiring.
  • Note: IRC5 equivalent of 38600 (S4C+, incoming DC link voltage too low) and a relative of 33107 (S4). In bursts on several cabinets simultaneously = electrical installation, not the robots.
