The Tolerance Band is too narrow(low), or the regulator is not working properly The adaptive gain for that color may be too low, not and the flow rate is not adapting fast enough. The potentiometer is not operating properly. The trigger delay maynot be set properly , if trigger events are too close together. : Check regulator operation andAdaptive Gain settings in the AccuStat Color Data for that color valve. Verify the triggerdelays are setup properly.
