FANUC Alarm PAIN-281 — WARN %sLower output did not lower flow

Description

As Accuflow steps down through the 10 points in the calibration table, it expects a lower flow for each decrease in the commanded flow value. In this case, the flow did not decrease. This can be d by low or pulsing fluid pressure, insufficent exhaust or no quick exhaust on the fluid pilot air.

Remedy · Remède

Retry the calibration. Check that an adequate and stable flow rate is provided by the system for this color. Decreasing the leveling trys may help. Check that fluid pilot regulator air line has adequate exhaust capability. Reevaluate the size of the restrictor in the gun.
