FANUC Alarm PAIN-538 — WARN %sCal. time out at max. flow
FANUC PAIN-538 (“WARN %sCal. time out at max. flow”): The AccuAir controls timed out trying to reach the maximum flow rate. First check: Retry the calibration.
Updated 2026-08-29 · LogrobotLM reference
Description
The AccuAir controls timed out trying to reach the maximum flow rate. Possible s are: a high gain, a sticking I/P transducer, too large of a yield for the current tolerance band or the system response is too slow for the current setting of the Calibration time out parameter.
Remedy · Remède
Retry the calibration. Possibly decrease the Gain modifier parameter. Possibly increase the Percent tolerance band parameter. Check and change the transducer if necessary. Possibly increase the Calibration time out parameter (by about 10 seconds).
