A single chain 2 (0V) failure occurred.
Remedy
Repair the circuit of the chain 2 (0V) on the hardware. Set the CHAIN FAILURE detection to TRUE on the SYSTEM/CONFIG screen. Then, press RESET on the teach pendant.
