A single chain 1 (+24V) failure occurred.

Remedy

Repair the circuit of the chain 1 (+24V) on the hardware. Set the CHAIN FAILURE detection to TRUE on the SYSTEM/CONFIG screen. Then, press the RESET button on the teach pendant.
