The Accuflow softpart is not running. The I/O assigned & used by the softpart is not available or the softpart did not load correctly. Additional info. is available during controller power up at the debug console (smon).

Check and correct the assignments or hardware for the I/O used by Accuflow. Especially the I/O points: Set Point Reached, Flow Rate GIN, and flow diag. AOUT. Reload the Accuflow option, watch for alarms during the load. Document the events that led to the error, record the software version number and contact your local distributor or the Fanuc hotline.
