Description

As a particular flow rate set point is being output, the yield (slpm/cnt) for that flow rate was larger than the percent tolerance. It is not likely that the set point will be reached within the specified tolerances. This might be caused by the use of a flow rate setpoint that is below the value that the air system can accurately provide.
