Description

The actual flow rate out of pump #2 as measured by the fluid flow meter has been continuously greater than a set point window (a percentage) for a user configurable period of time.

Do a fluid flow test on pump #2 with a beaker and verify that the beaker amount matches the pump #2 size (cc/rev). Verify that the correct KFT factor has been entered for the fluid flow meter per the manufacturers specification. Check the operation of the inlet regulator to verify that no (blow by) is occurring across the pump.
