The wrong valve state was programmed in the color change cycle. The valve interlocking requirements have not been satified for a preset motion instruction.

Ensure that the pCI valve is enabled in the same step as the preset instruction if retracting the canister. Ensure that the pDump valve OR pPE + pTRIG valves are enabled in the same step as the preset instruction if extending the canister.
