Description
The port number is invalid or not presently assigned. Port numbers must be in the range of 1-32767. However, operator panel (SOP) port numbers can be zero. In most cases (e.g., DOUT[n] = Off and calls to the SET_PORT_SIM builtin), the specified port already must be assigned.
