FANUC Alarm SEAL-000 — ABORT Dispensetool internal error

Description

This error is d when Dispensetool encounters a problem it is unable to solve internally . This fault is almost always d by style paths which do things which were not anticipated when this software was written. The reasons for this could be: 1. The sealing path is too fast 2. The sealing instructions (SS and SE) are too close together 3. The delay and timing values specified in your sealing schedules are too large or do not make sense. 4. Your robot's CPU has failed

Write down the exact error number and message shown. Write down exactly what your robot was doing at the time of the failure. Make sure you include: Program name, line number, robot's location in the work cell, any cell I/O or other communciation activity , and exactly what the robot was doing right before the fault occured. This fault is usually fixed by doing a COLD start. If that does not work, contact your supervisor or call the FANUC robotics Hot Line.
