FANUC Alarm SPOT-044 — WARN Stud Welder Arc Voltage Fault

Description

This fault is signaled by the Stud Weld controller if the voltage sensor reports too little arc voltage during the weld process. May result in a poor quality weld.

Remedy · Remède

The stud checker will automaticly verify the quality of the weld. If bad, check the position of the gun at the weld spot to insure that the tip is the correct distance.
