FANUC Alarm SPOT-043 — PAUSE Stud Welder Weld Fault

Description

The Stud Weld controller has signaled the robot that a weld fault has occured. This indicates that insuficient current was passed during the weld, genererally resulting in a poor quality weld.

The stud checker will automaticly verify the quality of the weld. If bad, check the position of the gun at the weld spot. Also check the schedule settings.
