Field diagnosis

The amplifier did not complete its initialization at power-up.

What to check

  • Fiber between axis control board and amplifier; test with the encoder connector disconnected (ignore SRVO-068); amplifier wiring and power supply; replacement.
  • Power cycle to clear.
  • Note: Look at the amplifier LEDs before anything else: off = power supply, on = link.
