Remedy
Check input power to PSM Check the voltage between U-V,V-W,and U-W. Change PSM unit
Field diagnosis
The external fan of the amplifier module is faulty.
What to check
- Replace the fan; check its connector and its fuse.
- Note: R-J3iB/R-30iA generation; on R-30iB, look for SRVO-123/SRVO-014.
