FANUC Alarm TG-018 — Trigger Buffer is Full

Description

There are too many outstanding trigger events that have not yet been fired. This indicates either an excessive number of short motion segments with trigger instructions, or else an internal error.

Remedy · Remède

Examine the TP programs executing at the time of the error to confirm that there are not a large number of short or zero length motion segments back-to-back with application instructions. If this condition does not exist, then obtain a controller backup (and easy debug if available) from the time of the error and contact your FANUC or FANUC Robotics Technical Representative.
