Cause
The initial pressure of the adhesive is continuously monitored by the PLC during dosing. The pressure value was outside the permissible tolerance range. There may be air bubbles in the adhesive supply, or the outlet nozzle is blocked. The check is performed from a PLC user program (bonding technology).
Effect
Stop via braking ramp. All active commands are inhibited.
Troubleshooting
Check the adhesive equipment, flush if necessary.
