Safety Controller (SC) arg is disabled: the safety controller is disabled. Consequence: all safety supervision is inactive — a real safety risk, this is not a simple information message.

What to check

  • Do not operate the cell in this state.
  • Load a safety configuration into the Safety Controller from the SafeMove configurator in RobotStudio.
  • Check: safety configuration PIN missing or incorrect, configuration empty, corrupted or missing, Safety Controller connected to the wrong SMB bus, I/O power supply missing.
  • A B-Start restores the entire system configuration, safety parameters included.
  • Note: Very frequent message at the end of the Elog after a board replacement or an incomplete restore. The robot can run while the supervision is dead.
