R[15] is not setup properly when gripper macros are used. The Gripper numbers supported in PalletTool are: single = 1 double icc = 3 Triple case = 5 custom 1 = 6 custom 2 = 7 custom 3 = 8 custom 4 = 9 multi case = 10 fork pick = 11 bag push = 12

Remedy

Make sure R[15] contains the number of the desired gripper.
