An attempt was made to extend the hard stop to its normal state, but the operation failed.
Remedy
Determine if the hard stop physically extended. If so, check the functionality of the sensors. Ensure that the I/O is mapped correctly. If the hard stop did not extend, determine if the hard stop received the EXTEND output signal.
