Check and correct the assignments or hardware for the I/O used by Accuflow. Especially the I/O points: Set Point Reached, Flow Rate GIN &flow diag. AOUT. Reload the Accuflow option, watch for alarms during the load. Document the events that led to the error, record the software version number and contact your FANUC technical representative.
