1. If the ambient temperature is higher than the specified temperature (45 degrees C), provide ventilation to reduce the ambient temperature to the specified value. 2. Check that the fans are operating normally. If not, check the fan motors and fan motor connection cables. Replace any faulty fan motor(s) and/or cables(s). 3. If the thermostat on the backplane printed circuit board is faulty , replace the backplane unit.
