Field diagnosis
Abnormally high current detected by the intelligent power module of the amplifier.
What to check
- Same procedure as SRVO-045: isolate the cable and motor of the axis (brake disconnected to prevent the axis from falling), test, measure the insulation, replace the faulty item.
- Note: A recurring IPMAL on a single axis after a cell washdown indicates water ingress into the motor.
