A single chain 2 (0V) failure occurred when the servo disconnected signal was asserted.

Remedy

1. Repair the chain 2 (0V) circuit on the Servo disconnect signal circuit. 2. Set the CHAIN FAILURE detection to TRUE on the SYSTEM/CONFIG screen and press RESET on the teach pendant.
