FANUC TMAT-005 (“WO[1] is not available for output”): The TorchMate output signal has been assigned to the Weld Start output. First check: Reassign the TorchMate output signal to the welder's touch sense circuit, or to an external circuit designed to provide the touch input when the wire contacts the touch plate.
