Cause

The supply voltage for the controller cabinet has been switched off. Collapse of the voltage of the power supply.

Effect

Path-maintaining stop. Calibration data retained in buffer memory. Data saved to the HDD hard disk. All active commands inhibited.

Troubleshooting

If there was no manual switch-off or failure of the power supply, check the mains voltage.
