The e-stop chain is open. The robot is stopped in category 0/1 and stays blocked until the e-stop devices are released and the chain reset.

What to check

  • Locate WHICH e-stop is pressed (pendant, cell pushbuttons, external devices in the chain).
  • After release, reset per procedure — if the state persists, test chain continuity (both channels).
  • Two-channel discrepancies point to a wiring/contact fault, not an operator action.
