  • Check that the main switch of drive module 1 is ON.
  • Check the cable between the Control Module and the Drive Module (break, poorly seated connectors).
  • On cabinets with a metal cover, firmly reseat the red-marked Ethernet link and check its other end at the axis computer (lower front right of the cabinet).
  • Check the axis computer power supply.
