FANUC Alarm PAIN-589 — PAUS %sMin output has feed > setpoint

Description

With a minimum control output the glass feed rate was measured to be higher than the feed rate setpoint. The motor (glass) RPM may have become too high. The I/P transducer may be stuck open. Note: Accuchop automatically faults the robot and enters into Open Loop when this failure occurs.

Remedy · Remède

Calibrating the glass will establish a new cracking pressure (minimum control output). Check and replace, if necessary , the I/P transducer.
