Description

Checks for how far the flow rate is from the set point have been too high. Possible causes are one of the following:

Check and change the transducer, replace the fluid regulator, or service the surge suppression system on the fluid supply pump. If the alarm occurs on many or all colors, then increase the Max. error from setpoint parameter.
