FANUC Alarm PNT2-249 — %sMax output has feed < setpoint

Description

With a maximum control output, the glass feed rate was measured to be lower than the setpoint (requested feed). The chopper motor might be clogging. Note: Accuchop automatically faults the robot and enters into Open Loop when this failure occurs.

Check and clean the chopper motor if it is clogged. Check and replace the I/P transducer if necessary .
