Description
With a minimum control output the flow rate was measured to be higher than the setpoint (requested flow). The fluid pressure might have become too high. The I/P transducer or fluid regulator might be stuck open. There might be a fairly large fluid leak. Note, Accuflow automatically changes to Open Loop when this failure occurs.
