Field diagnosis
The panel board fuse (or the emergency stop board fuse on R-30iB) has blown, or the external 24 V supply is missing.
What to check
- Check the fuse; if it has blown, the external 24 V output is probably short-circuited to its 0 V: disconnect the loads on this 24 V one by one to isolate the short circuit, then replace the fuse.
- Fuse intact: check the external 24 V supply.
- Note: A crushed tool sensor is the number one cause for this fuse.
