Description

The teach pendant emergency stop push button is pressed and miswiring on SVEMG is detected.

Remedy

Check the wiring of SVEMG. If the wiring of SVEMG is not connected, correct the wiring of SVEMG. If the wiring has no problem, twist the teach pendant emergency stop push button clockwise to release. Press RESET. Refer to the maintenance manual for details.

Field diagnosis

The operator panel button was pressed without the emergency stop line being cut; latched version of SRVO-201.

What to check

  • Release the button, switch the mains power off and back on.
  • If the code reappears at the next press: main board, then emergency stop board, then servo amplifier (full backup beforehand).
  • A very slow press can trigger the code without any failure.
  • Note: Never clears with RESET alone.
