FANUC Alarm SRVO-001 — SERVO Operator panel E-stop

Description

The EMERGENCY STOP button on the operator panel or operation box is pressed.

Remedy · Remède

1. Twist the operator panel EMERGENCY STOP button clockwise to release. Then press RESET. 2. Check the wires connecting the EMERGENCY STOP switch connector CRT8 for continuity . If an open wire is found, replace the entire harness. 3. With the EMERGENCY STOP button in the released position, check for continuity across the terminals of the switch. If continuity is not found, replace the switch. If continuity is found, perform a complete controller backup to save all your programs and settings, then replace the operator panel PCB. 4. If the problem still exists, replace the Main Board.
